FT Claims does not manage any claims and is not responsible for the management of any claims.  FT Claims forwards all enquiries to a team of UK registered solicitors who are responsible for claims processing.  There is no contract between any potential claimant and FT Claims.  Any contract, agreement or signed document is between the client and the solicitor firm handling the claim.

By sending FT Claims any information or material, you grant FT Claims an unrestricted, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit and distribute those materials or information, and you also agree that FT Claims is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques that you send us for any purpose.

Fees and Referrals

FT Claims comply with the Solicitors Introduction and Referral Code 1990, as amended, and the Solicitors Publicity Code 2001 published by the Law Society and any solicitor to whom we may refer you is an independent professional from whom you will receive impartial and confidential advice. You are free to choose another solicitor.

There is no charge by FT Claims to any person submitting a claim form or any other details to FT Claims.

If anyone submitting details of their claim subsequently has their case accepted by the law firm to whom FT Claims refer the case and that person chooses to instruct that firm then the firm will pay FT Claims a fee. The fee ranges from £150 to £900 plus VAT.  The firm can provide further information once the case is assessed.  The firm will not charge or recover the fee from the claimant.

Privacy

At FT Claims, we are committed to protecting your privacy and to developing technology that gives you the most powerful and secure online experience. You can travel through most of our site without giving us any information about yourself.  But sometimes we do need information to provide services that you request, and this statement of privacy explains data collection and use in those situations.  All information supplied to us via the online claim form or otherwise may be passed on to relevant companies or organisations in order to deal with your enquiry.  In particular, claim information supplied to us will inevitably be forwarded to a UK registered solicitor in order to process the enquiry.

The email address is used as part of the security system to ensure that the registered owner be advised of all activity. Using e-mail addresses provided at registration or otherwise, FT Claims periodically sends out e-mail newsletters and promotional e-mail to our users about services and products offered by FT Claims. Upon request, FT Claims will remove users (and their information) from our database or permit them to "opt-out" of any further e-mail newsletters or contact.

FT Claims is not responsible for the content or the privacy polices of websites to which it may provide links or the websites of its suppliers or advertisers. FT Claims uses precautions to keep the personal information disclosed to us secure.
